Heath City Schools Substitute Levy on May 2 Ballot
Heath City Schools Substitute Levy on May 2 Ballot
Replaces Two Emergency Levies, No New Taxes

On January 9, 2023, the Heath City Schools Board of Education approved a resolution to place a substitute levy on the May 2 ballot. The substitute levy will take the place of two existing emergency levies into one continuing levy, and results in NO NEW TAXES for our existing taxpayers.

The current levies make up approximately 23% of Heath City Schools’ General Fund Revenues, and fund educational and extra-curricular opportunities for students, while also helping maintain things like salaries, utilities and maintenance.
